Back in 2019 I discovered Rocket3F and loved it right away.
It then became my favorite 3D modeler, especially for everything organic, because of its very powerful Subdivision tools.
And I loved it so much that I bought myself a Pro V1 license.
Until I changed my laptop for a new one...
My old PC laptop was really getting old and slow, until it just became impossible to work with it. So I bought a new one and reinstalled all my favorite softwares, including Rocket3F of course.
The problem is that in the meanwhile, the Rocket3F website and all its related content had completely disapeared.
That seemed to be a problem because after reinstalling it, I could not retreive my Pro license and found myself back with the limited Free version.
While I could do with it, I had spent SO MUCH time in customizing my UI, shortcuts and tools (especially the Composite tools), that I was completely lost with the workflow I was used to.
I then tried everything I could think of, including copying all my old configuration files on my new laptop. At least I did recover my customized UI.
But was unable to customize it any further...
Without any solution, I finally decided to contact the Nvil/Rocket3F developper aka Istonia.
Istonia has been incredibly reactive, and tried to help me found a solution quickly.
We had a very good exchange by mail, and lately last night he finally found a solution by providing me with a new Nvil license (Nvil being the "motor" behind Rocket3F).
So I want to give him a big thumb up here !
Nvil's customers care and reactivity is something quite unique.
I can just recommend Nvil to every serious 3D modelers.
